The “court jester, Billary, is the dog in this fight. Patiently waiting for “Hillary judgement day.” Call the dog catcher.
The joke is on Hillary – instead of Obama making the decision – he let Hillary make the decision on Benghazi and get all of the blame.
Sad part – Hillary is a terrible decision-maker because she is too busy counting her stolen money and her enemy “body count.”
