I have for the most part forgotten about the NFL in 2017.  I don’t care for the spoiled arrogance of these millionaire social misfits.  It probably actually started back during the Ferguson protests and riots, when several of the then St. Louis Rams pranced on the field with their hands up mocking the false “hands up don’t shoot” claim.  Which we know now was a complete lie.  I was at the time a season ticket holder of the Rams.  BTW, I don’t miss them, not one freaking bit.  They belong in LA, where everything is an ugly fantasy.
I will not mention players by name, or give them as a collective group much attention here. It is attention they seek; and they care not how they get it. End Zone stage like performances have nothing to do with football, it is attention, look at me crap.  Real football players score and hand the ball to the ref.  If I want to see an act, I’d go watch a play.  The old saying “act like you’ve done it before.  I also got sick of watching players make a routine tackle (often after a significant gain with their team trailing) only to celebrate like they just won the lottery.  Pathetic!
I have not watched so much as a full quarter of football this season.  I have gotten glimpses as a reminder why I quit watching when I meet friends for lunch on a Sunday at a sports bar.  I have no control over what is on the TV, and when there are sets in every corner, the screens are right in front of you. Only a blind man would miss them.  However, I pay little attention, spend my time in conversation or play a little Golden Tee. I have not missed watching a favorite team. I can’t say I have one.  Kansas City Chief’s from my home state would be the closest to a home team; but even they I found disgusting.
I have survived without the NFL, and its saved my money. A great investment, invest in your self!
I find watching college football to be more entertaining. When their players act in a selfish, unacceptable manner there is a greater chance they serve some kind of punishment or discipline.  You make an obscene jester to the crowd, your probably sitting next week and not for the anthem.
I have found the best answer to kneelers…………….do not watch.
St. Louis sports fans, give up the anti-Kroenke chants at Blues games and sports bars. Â We’re better than that. Â We have known for sometime the Rams owner was an asshole. The Rams are gone from STL. Â There is nothing we can do about it now…deep greedy pockets will always prevail. Â It was his team, not yours and he let you know it.
There were lessons to be learned during this entire process to save the team. Â We could have assured Lord Stanley of the greatest multi-sports stadium ever built, it would not have mattered, he was taking his team and going to the West Coast for the brighter lights. Â He is the spoiled kid on the court that took his ball and went to play where he can have his way. Â Money always talks, and we all know the NFL is all about profit, no matter how deep they have to screw the fans.
Another lesson or a reminder, the NFL is a Rich Boys Club. Â Period. Â If you are in good standing or in this case, one of the richest men in the world, you are all it matters. Â That’s it, that is all it takes, and if guide lines are a road block…….not to worry, the Commish and the boys will throw the book out, they’ll FIX it. Â They weren’t going to hurt Stanley’s feelings.
The most profound lesson, the NFL is as politically corrupt as your government. Â These guys are politicians. Â The dirty work is behind closed doors, they’re like Congress.
St. Louis will survive Stan Kroenke and the Rams abandonment.  You no longer have a losing team that, like Barack Obama, gave false hope and promises.
Stop the anti Kroenke chants now, time to move on already. It just gives him more attention. Â Become a KC Chiefs fan like me!
GIVE ME BACK THAT STOLEN FLAG!
Some St. Louis Rams fans have had enough of the Ferguson protesters. Â Protesters were outside the Edward Jones Dome at the intersection of Broadway and Cole Street in St. Louis.
While some protesters did march peacefully, a handful of others were there to intimidate and spark confrontations with fans as they left the game between the Rams and Seahawks Sunday October  19th.  The protesters only interested in stirring the pot of racial and violent reaction were not disappointed.  There were reported incidents of fans and protesters spitting on one another; of course each side blaming the other.
Protesters intimidated by shouting and getting in the faces of some fans.  One fan angered by the American flag being flown upside down, grabbed the flag and ran.  Protesters caught up with the flag rescuer only to wrestle for its possession.  Punches were thrown during some of the struggles and two individuals are sporting black eyes this morning.  Two arrests were made, one of a female protester wearing a black tee-shirt with F_ _ K THE COPS on the front.  Really a nice demonstration  for children to see while attending a sporting event!!!  This only shows the stupidity of some and where this come.
