Nope its Missouri! Yesterday the high in the St. Louis/St. Charles, MO area was 72.5 degrees. Today’s high around 43 degrees. Saturday, snow expected. Expected? That is a somewhat calculated guess in these here parts as we might say. Expected…….but not definite. Nothing is definite weather wise anywhere, but it holds especially true in “these here parts” known as Missouri.
Looks like 40 degree highs and high twenty degree lows have been calculated for early next week……then a gradual creep-up the temperature gauge during the middle of the week. Next Sunday……..not this week-end but next week-end (don’t get excited) but we are back to “around” 72 degrees again. The key here for you all with allergies, the gradual climb up may be a bit easier on you than it has been.
Doctor offices have an influx of people coming in with what they think are colds and even the flu………even sore throats; but its allergies in many cases and the up and down temps only makes it worse. One day its 70 and the next day its in the 40s……other than changing coat or jacket thickness all the time, it messes with your senses. So bundle up today………though in the middle of January we don’t complain about 43 degrees, feels good even; stay warm ……tomorrows another day; Spring is near.

THE NORTH GEORGIA MOUNTAINS ARE EXPECTING SOME SNOW EARLY THIS WEEK AND IN SANDY SPRINGS, GA WE ARE TO GET ANOTHER WINTER BLAST. I DO OWN A SWEATER, AND I AM LOOKING TO UPGRADE MY STATUS FROM BEGGAR TO PROFESSIONAL SLAVE. HOPE I MAKE MY MARK, SURE DO NOT WANT TO BE A STICK IN THE MUD HERE.

GUESS WHAT FOLKS, WE ARE HAVING CRAZY WEATHER IN SANDY SPRINGS, GA WHERE I AM. WE ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE NEAR 70 DEGREE WEATHER, THEN TONIGHT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DIP INTO THE 30’S. WE ARE HAVING A NUTTY COMBINATION OF RAIN AND SUNSHINE. IT IS A ROLLER COASTER FOR SURE. SUMMER IS MY FAVORITE SEASON, FOLLOWED BY FALL. AFTER THANKSGIVING, EVERYTHING GOES DOWNHILL FOR ME. I PREFER TO PERSPIRE A LITTLE THAN SKATE ON ICE, WHICH I CAN NOT DO; ALTHOUGH, I ENJOY WATCHING FIGURE SKATING, JUST CAN NOT DO IT MYSELF.

Snowing here, on Long Island, NY; More expected Tuesday and Wednesday. One day warm, nights in the teens, then snow, then warm, then more snow. I’d like to boot Al Gore in the rear end.

I feel for you! It’s tough taking the 80 day like what we had yesterday!!! But the 57 degree nights are a little cool!

Oh yeah! I have sweaters, jackets, coats, sweatpants, even a couple of pairs of “big boy pants” for when I go to church! It DOES get cold out here…it’s just that my idea of cold and yours are a little different. 60 is cold!
