#1 play better
#2 Don’t blame the captain for your own sloppy play
#3 Don’t bash your team (teammates and captains) following a loss or win, especially when you were clearly the worse player on both sides
#4 Learn what the word team means
#5 Take this experience and learn by example (The European example), you don’t see them bashing one another, win or lose.
This is why the US fails to win the Ryder Cup in Europe; they don’t play as a team, and it only takes one to screw it up. Attitude and egos get in their way. While Europe is interested in one thing, winning together.
While Patrick Reed may have kept his mouth shut publicly until after all play had ended (after a loss), that attitude follows him to the course. Clearly, Patrick Reed is not a good teammate! It only takes one bad banana to spoil a bunch.
