I am excited and also somewhat apologetic that the first thing I’m going to throw out into the blogosphere is going to probably offend someone. But when it comes down to it, that is pretty much the type of blog you’re entering into. One that is going to touch on subjects that many people avoid. Doing that is bound to offend someone. So, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
I’ve thrown around the idea of blogging for sometime now, but it was a post on FB today that finally did it for me. We are coming up on another election cycle. This one will be the first one in a while that does not have Ron Paul somehow involved in a race someplace. Ron Paul had an ideology and message the last time he ran for the nomination for president that many young people found very attractive. Ron Paul seemed to tap into some sort of energy source when he ran, but he is now out of the running and I don’t see anyone on the horizon that comes close to supporting the ideas of the Classical Liberals as Dr. Paul did.

A source close to one of the former Guantanamo Bay prisoners released last week by the United States claim he plans to travel back to Afghanistan to fight against American troops.
The former detainee, Noorullah Noori, is one of five suspected Taliban higher-ups freed by US President Barack Obama last week in exchange for the return of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, a 28-year-old American soldier who as captured by an Al-Qaeda linked group in 2009 while serving the US Army in Afghanistan.
A fellow militant and relative told NBC News that despite serving nearly 13 years at the infamous US military prison after he was captured shortly after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Noori reportedly wants to once again fight against the American military.
