Coons is delusional! Not exactly the most honest in D.C. Biden’s cabinet members don’t leave! He didn’t choose them, they chose him! Biden has not been in charge from the beginning. The Biden cabinet directs, instructs, sometimes orders everything Biden does and says. They get upset with him when he goes off on his own.
