Can Congress explain why President Biden is allowed to refuse enforcing existing USA border laws?

“The current border crisis is not a COVID crisis,” he said. “And courts should not be in the business of perpetuating administrative edicts designed for one emergency only because elected officials have failed to address a different emergency. We are a court of law, not policymakers of last resort.”

A Washington Examiner Columnist article titled: ` Biden’s Open Borders Immigration Policy — Why? stated:

“While Trump was questioned and mocked over his immigration policies, so far, the Biden administration has gotten away with just waving aside questions.”
