Here is the thing; if China and Russia OBLITERATE the U.S., then the land China seeks as farmland to feed their people would also be destroyed. If attacked by being nuked, the land would be scorched, tainted severly. How does that help China? Oh so you say they won’t nuke us! They’ll just destroy us ever which way. Nice story, and that’s all it is. China and Russia as allies. They would be at each other’s throats almost immediately. The use of nuclear weapons would end any agricultural option. Add the fact that the U.S.Military would respond in kind, as well as our allies. As a former member of a Nuclear Weapons Logistics and Procedures Handling Team I can assure you of this, the rule is this: One country launch’s, Everybody launch’s.
