   1. Exactly! What I understand, confessions are to be videoed for the public to see. I believe the executions (if really happen) need to be videoed as well. I grew up in a county seat in Missouri, the hangings back in the 1800s were viewed by the public for those that could stomach it. I had jury duty once, we had a delay and the judge came in to speak with us, he gave a history of the room we were waiting in. In the middle of the room the ceiling above had a metal hook still there, he said that hook secured the rope for hangings indoors when the weather was bad. He said it had to be pretty bad outdoors to bring them indoors; but they refused to postpone any executions. Wish things were still like that today!
