ARLIN REPORT THOUGHT OF THE DAY: LETS MAKE THAT MY FIRST THOUGHT

Damn, that Nyquil cough suppressant really works!   I have had some sinus trouble for a couple of days, with a cough.   Took some Nyquil to get some sleep.    I hit the pillow, then……. lights out.  I don’t even remember lying in bed, no tossing or turning.  I slept through the night.   I’ve always shied away from Nyquil, finally gave it a try.  Worth every penny.

I know, big story here right?  Hey, it is about my first thought!

Have a great day!

  1. NYQUIL IS NOT ADVISABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, THYROID, AND OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS. IT IS NOT COMMONLY ADDICTIVE AS IT CAN PRODUCE EXTREME NAUSEA AND RESTLESSNESS. ABOUT A LITTLE MORE THAN 1/4 CUP OF WHISKEY OR BOURBON ALONG WITH A GENEROUS TABLE FULL OF RAW ORGANIC WILDFLOWER HONEY SHOULD HELP. THE HONEY WILL ALSO ACT AS AN EXPECTORANT AND HAS MANY KNOWN NUTRIENTS. SOME SOUP CAN HELP AS WELL: COLLARD GREENS, SWEET ONIONS, TOMATOES, AND CHICKEN BREASTS CHOPPED UP. SEASON TO TASTE, WITH MRS. DASH. YOU CAN ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF WILD RICE IF DESIRED. I WAS BORN WITH ASTHMATIC BRONCHITIS AND MY PARENTS HAD TO GET ME SPECIAL MEDICATIONS. ONE OF THEM WAS SYRUP OF CALCIDRINE, IT CONTAINED EVERYTHING ADDICTIVE, BUT YOU WOULD NOT GET ADDICTED, BECAUSE OF EXTREME NAUSEA. THESE DAYS, I DOUBT EVEN IF THEY MAKE THE MEDICATION. AT THE AGE OF FIVE I WAS IN A COMA WITH PNEUMONIA, AND THEN WAS THREE WEEKS UNDER AN OXYGEN TENT. TAKE CARE!!!

    1. I never ever took it in the past because I didn’t trust it. I heard its also addictive. Oh……..and I know about the honey and whiskey. Have plenty of honey, fresh from a local hive. Didn’t have any whiskey in the house. 🙂
