The Winter Classic was played in Busch Stadium with the Arch in the background. The Blues won the game 4 – 1 before a crowd of over 45,000 fans. The game was tied 1 – 1 before Vladimir Tarasenko took over, scoring two goals late in the third period. Alexander Steen add an empty netter to close the scoring.
A perfect finish to the weekend and New Year for St. Louis and Blues fans. Oh I should mention the visiting team was the Chicago Blackhawks.

We can have 20 degree temps this time of year or we can have 70 degrees. In Missouri you never know and it can change in just a few short hours.
