You aren’t seeing a lot of marches, protests in the streets, aside from the past Ferguson, Michael Brown, Travon, etc., etc. (and all the other events too numerous to mention) episodes these days. I know winter’s colder weather may have a bit to do with that. There is the standoff in Oregon. However, the nation is angry, middle America especially, hence the rise of Donald Trump as the voice of Angry America. I wouldn’t categorize them as simply being angry, but just tired of the same old crap from professional politicians and the establishment ruling body. They want new blood, new direction, where the best interests of Americans are the priority, not just a body who corrupt ignorant rulers have power over.
The hippies, yippies of the 60’s had there set ins, marches and Woodstock. Woodstock was as much a message as anything. They’re still around, the Baby Boomers. I am guessing, strongly, the Baby Boomers are jumping on the coattails of Trump, they are the “old teenage broncin’ bucks of old. The problem, those corrupt, selfish establishment leaders (choke) are from that same GENERATION.
Donald Trump is the breakfast table sit around and shoot the s_ _t, hold nothing back political discussion.
This Donald Trump movement, kind of old school, real old is about as close to a political revolution as we, the Baby Boomers, will experience in our lifetime. I’m leaning toward riding this train, haven’t bought the ticket yet, but I’m standing in line trying to figure out which destination that ticket will read.
