As a person of Cherokee heritage, I object to JMG trying to give Muslims the benefit of any doubt. There is a big difference between accidental genocide by a virus you don’t even know exists and the deliberate extermination of anyone who follows a different belief system. Muslims are much worse.

“Accidental genocide?” I think you may need need a bit more in-depth research on the topic, Cherokee heritage or not. I was not giving the benefit of the doubt to anyone – although I think we can all agree there were no Muslims involved in the theft and rapine committed upon the indigenous peoples of the Anericas; that was all white European.

I agree; Muslims definitely had no part in the subjugation/genocide committed upon the American Indian by the white European. Celebrating Thanksgiving? That’s just uninformed, offensive, and historically inaccurate.
This type of “Go ‘Murca” attitude is egotistical and vain, in my opinion.
